Cook-ing....

What a delicious beginning and since it's Monday, a little insight into psyche of a cook. Cooking is one of the best stress buster which is anytime available just an inch away in Our home, in the form of KITCHEN. To be honest am not a 'Cooking' Lover but love to cook when lack ideas for writing and motivation & even when am hell ANGRY with few people.

The best part of cooking is the tools especially the KNIFE (hahhahah... No escape..) I actually try to personify the vegetables as my foes to which i kindly & pleasingly CHOP (Sounds scary no...???) .
Just kidding...!!!! I cook with love even if am not in a great mood because the end product or the dish specially it's aroma cheers me up + the process gives an opportunity to think the ingredients and emotions i need to put in it. My mom always reminds me of cooking as 'An art of emotions & pure sense than mere filling up of bellies with the food'.

So, if u lack motivation today or anyother day.... Try this but with full love and you'll thank me thereafter.

A thousand miles.....

A thousand miles to go....
From blankness to Fullness,
To prove that 'Void' be still laughed at.

A thousand miles to go....
To prove 'Love' can't replace money,
And money can't get you 'Love'.

A thousand miles to go....
To walk in wilderness,
To shift the focus on 'Good', something 'Natural'.

A thousand miles to go....
Before the dusk,
That ultimately end the day of Our 'Lives'.

A thousand miles to go....
Before the sun will 'Set',
That will left us in 'Darkness'.

A thousand miles to go....
To be the person one always wanted to be,
To think out of the 'Box'.

A thousand miles to go....
To recognise myself as a 'Bard',
That will make my words 'Immortal'.

Shalz :)

Do share, like and comment what your thousand miles journey will be ..... :)

Far From the crowd....

That one is Me, all lost in myself,

Thinking what it's to be far from the crowd,

To be just yourself,

I live to write, that's all i have,

Don't steal my words, just contemplate on them,

Maybe, You'll find a whole new self,

Don't crowd my ideas,

I want a focussed self,

Far from the crowd, you'll find the 'Self' you were 20 years back with a touch of Freshness, innocence and Smile :)

Stay Fresh & Young

Can I confess...????? ^_^

Literally, I've a confession to make,
Why do Indian Parents have an authority to claim.

They conquer your soul till you're a teenager,
And realize their Mission when u want to choose from - 'Science, commerce & Arts stream',
They gave a sniff of disapproval, if a girl learn science & being a boy go for Arts,
The mother always wants girl to be a commerce delight & boy - a science Nerd atlast.

Dad as always open to your thoughts,
But remain quite when you really want to talk,
'No argument, my dear child' - Your mom is absolutely right on that side.

It's when your tears even can't bring back you your dreams,
You shatter them to pieces thinking 'how could I be so mean..??? ',
When u dreamed of being big & bright,
Hence, all the career suggestions lighten up your path,
Then, they again forget 'Kid really ever have a life'.

It's when they say 'Sky is the limit',
I wonder then why am compelled to chase the crowd,
When i want to be an entrepreneur,
Then why i should be an Engineer like that.

The torture doesn't end & the family is in havoc,
Uptil u chose the college of their choice , discarding the best.

Many fingers then point on u,
They say 'He must have scored less than Sharmaji's dude'.

Limit all crossed when the son had to leave the girl,
He loved once with all his heart.

His heart died at an age so small i.e 21 , when he's arranged like non living things done.
He thus, starts to compromise & hardly understand 'The vicious circle of do's & don'ts will never let him be at Rest'.

Hence, the son started to enlighten his Son 'What u should take as a stream to be like me - Middle & dumb'

Special Note : We all love u Indian parents but please don't let a child suffocate by burdening him with a weight of your expectations.

With Love
Your Child :)

Earth-quake....!!!!

Sounds familiar isn't it. A kind of natural phenomenon where the interior of earth materials (plates) collides in a way that shakes us & our proud made structures within a minute. We tend to tremble and remember God but why....????? Doesn't Earth have a right to breath fresh air after so long , talk to us and express (though it seems to us dangerous) of her long lost glory and how she's underestimated. Obviously, a yessss.... Almost every nation has a constitution that talks of rights.... Especially right to express...

I'm seriously proud of 'Earth', she let us know where we are heading, how it's necessary to tame our constructions (we're building as a memorial when we actually knows everything will be the same constituent of same soil it came from) and importantly to understand, it's high time we should re-view our pride & superiority. There's a saying in Hindi 'Har baap ka ek baap hota h' - exactly the same. Am really not criticizing the humans but i believe we really need to give little space & wisdom to ourselves so if ever a massive destruction occurs, we can handle it calmly instead of taming every part of nature to our comfort.

We need to understand 'Earth' is like a cute little baby of 2 who needs care, a sense of belonging and parents who can love her unconditionally. She's little naughty at times (I accept) but afterall we can adapt ourselves to the baby (Isn't it with our real family as well) instead of taming her freedom . See Earth is smiling on the very thought of it, it's time for us to tell we can care for her, we'll company her till you're mature enough to take decisions of your own and whether we exist a more hundred years or not she will still miss us as creatures unforgettable with moist eyes.

So shout out we all Love u 'Earth' and let her express.... :)

When Lizzie grabs a Burger ....

A hot summer noon and Lizzie was all restless for her food, regardless of her dieting schedule which she wish to end sooner- a system so demonic to her that restrain her mercilessly from her favorite food that gave her survival vala feelings.

Her slim , thin body with a structure of 36' 24' 36' like any other Earth girl who seemed to flaunt about her body. Lizzie too wants the same as she has gained considerably since few months but when she came to know there's  a scope of her being model, she decided to be part of Beauty contest 2015. Bs, from there she had a diet planner that plans all she eat to reform her eating habits along with her structure to win that contest.

Her present diet has less meat and more veggies against she used to have , so one day the diet planner called her to meet where he declared she needs more of sea food this time.
'Sea food, from where will i get sea food... Do i need to dive into the sea to find sea food... ????'
'No, Lizzie you can have that from your nearest store but it's important to burn your 500 calories sooner that add ugliness to your slim body' said the diet planner.

All worried Lizzie went to her house to rest her aching head and called Lanny her friend to find help but to her surprise she know nothing about sea food and no nothing from where to get it. Her heart broke she adjusted her gown and went up to her bed 3 storeys up and sleep.

All of a sudden at midnight , she woke up, her vision all hazy looked around when she finally saw some activity going on the ground level, she stood and went there.

She couldn't figure out the scenario much but what she could see is a monument - yeah, big enough had several layers with green substance and a brown inside that's just sticky enough to shoo her. She stood still for a second to see her tasty snack- flies all around the object which she grabbed in a go and finally decided to lick that monument which when melted in her tongue tastes like hell.... She loved the substance. She afterwards discovered it to be Burger that took her heart away. She forget all about her diet and contest and wake all night to complete that stuff which she think a new land discovered by a Lizzard & hope to be popular among her community for that.....

See... Hunger is something even Lizzie like people can't restrain from so next time you'll diet make sure you won't find an undiscovered food stuff ..... :P :P

THE UNRESERVED......

I took a road, all by myself,
I hardly gave an inch about it.

My parents told me to believe in myself,
and i keep on going just right.

The moment i entered my school,
I had many friends regardless of their sides.

I adore everyone as my brother or sister all alike,
We slowly started growing a bit.

We completed our schools with pride,
To venture further & to our respective aims in our lives.

But the blow that hit me hard first,
wasn't really to be away from their sights,
But to see everyone of us being inhumanly categorized,
To divide us not by our capabilities but with our castes,
That seemed to me unfair even so far.

I swallow the pain and still get on with it unbiased,
even though my dream college was just out of sight.

My parents backed me well, and instructed me to work hard again as well.

I did as told and burn the midnight oils,
Still when it comes to my job- I was fired,
not because i performed worse,
but because i was a sinful 'Unreserved'.

I again suppress my anger towards the system,
that had blindfolded the entire nation,
to work harder, harder and even harder again this time.

Finally, when i got the job,
I was all in spirits and light,
but someone pinched me & asked ' Why don't you
work hard the last time....????'

The pain was all like a waterfall,
that forced it's passage through some words,
I tried hard to explain the reason behind that,
but unfortunately the person lost the temper and told me i talk all crap.

The blow hit me even harder when i realized,
even promotion chances are less on my side.
I felt like i was born in a wrong family,
because all seems to talk about being 'Reserved' and                                                       delight.

After yrs of work, when i finally retired,
My son in UK asked ' Why can't I come back home...???'
'It's difficult to stay here and regret for the potential                                                  unrealized'; My son,
Thus he asked 'Being 'Unreserved' is a sin or a crime...?????'
I kept wondering whether to answer or let it go.....

Note : No personal offence on any one but just an opinion a person without reservation is going through. Do comment, like, share and be humble while you criticize.

Letter from 'Sam'.....

Yes.... I am the one who's in love with the wind, sunlight, water and all the elements that  the Mother Earth contains. Yes, am the one 'Sam'.

I live around in an age where pet animals are given lot more feed and care than i'm. Oh...!!!! don't think am an orphan... No.. no... I have
my parents but they miss  me less, talk to me less and thus, nurture me like any other non-living  things/creatures.  I tried hard to communicate to them so that they know am suffering and  a lot, not only  because of their ignorance but lack of mutual understanding we share.

I even got depressed once due to my pathetic state but then my caretakers come and bow towards me slightly to caress my head, to share their loneliness and to see me grow so as to become something better in my life.
That moment actually revived the dead within me- the thing that was decaying deep down inside me that compels me to end on it's own. I ensured myself that those people are not bad but quiet hollow from inside maybe, a void that keeps them away from me and when they have no option they show themselves up to make their heart and life better.

To no amazement, most of the people exploited me and my ways. At times, they question my existence, they sold me just for a penny or two but there are people who hugged me even though i meant nothing to them - no blood relation nothing at all maybe, they pour their affection due to approaching
danger still i got a glimpse of love to decipher.

My neighbors hardly saw me going out, they think i am a recluse but they hardly observe the wind that comes everyday to play and dance with me that energies my whole body. They forget the sun rays that only seems to penetrate them in summers but for me they are the Golden rays that calls the birds, beings and beast to caress and love me. They are actually blindfolded with the fact that water comes to let me feel calm and work with serenity even in a depressed state.

I know these creatures will soon regret my departure from this beautiful world that i add upon because sooner i'll achieve my salvation for my
generosity and flexibility in life that helped many. I love my parents and caretakers a lot so before i depart i'll give them their fruits of labor - sweet and comforting. I'll soon be found not on Earth but in pictures that slide from one corner of the world to the other.

I am 'Sam'- no other ordinary human beings who teaches
importance of life but forget me....who's just labelled me 'A Tree'. Yes, you hear it right just a tree who's dying to shout out my misery because of you all careless parents of mine who comes  just to enjoy the solitude and beauty but hardly remember your responsibilities for me who has provided you all with endless benefits from time immemorial.

I wrote this letter with tears in my eyes so that you'll read it and maybe this will touch your heart but i know you'll be back in your technological
world soon and forget that i ever exist to share your boredom, to converse with you and whenever you need me and most importantly for your healthy existence.

If ever you love 'Sam' spread my words and don't forget to grow more 'Sams' so that the world continue to exist even though i'll soon die a Martyr death.

                                                                               With Love
                                                                           Your Sam

Do share your views on Sam's letter and share it as far as you can to let his voice be heard and his existence known... don't forget to comment, like and be humble if you criticize :)

It has to die and so it does....

She sat in the Starbucks cafe, sipping her coffee and staring out of the window.
The blood stained knife lay next to her handbag ,covered with her blue silk scarf.
She was least scared to let that die. She has deliberately left it to starve and
eventually end up, as it was her only wish that she need to fulfill. After paying for
the coffee, she left for her casual daily routine. She teaches in an NGO every Friday
and her best time was when she spend it with those kids who had none to call their own.
During her story telling session she got a message on her cell that she has been selected
for the best counselor from INDIA to represent in United Nations followed by a lecture
to enlighten.

She was no upper class girl when she met the fate or say her destiny that drastically
changed her entire life. Born in a lower middle class family she was 3rd in her family
of 7 members from Delhi. Her childhood was full of parental conflict, economic insecurity
and in a kucchha house somewhere near Seemapuri. She was the 3rd girl in the family so
every night she saw violence being bestowed on her mother by her drunk father and the perk
was given to her mother by her grandparents in the form of abusive language. Somehow, she
survived even out of pressure and cursed by elders to her mother- 'let the born child be dead
if ever it be a girl child'. Her stars favored her in that case. But her journey would be full of
thorns, since childhood she was not given the love and care she deserved, only her mother
adored her by  calling her 'Pari'. She never understood the significance of the
name but somehow accepted it.

'It pains she screamed and sobbed' conflicting mind was averting the act. She was unconscious
for the time being before one of her friend woke her up to give her a glass of water that when
reached her throat increased the friction within.
'It pains at first, don't worry you'll get used to it sooner' declared her friend. That moment
she was in utter confusion is she the same friend who helped her, when she was first
caught in the web of prostitution. She made sure that it gonna help her family and specially
her mother as she wanted to take her mother out of that hell forever.

'Pari, where are you Pari... don't hide just drink this glass of milk beta' her mother politely
asking Pari to end hide and seek.
'No mamma find me out and i'll do as you say'. Following the voice she grabbed Pari's arm out
of the table, she was hiding underneath. She remember the time when she was naughty enough
to let her mother ran after her everytime she feed her. Day was good enough for both her mother
and herself as Pari's father and grandfather went out for day's work while her grandmother
spend most of the time in temples praying for a son this time. But night always brought the same
horror everytime. After attaining the age of 6, she was admitted to a nearby govt. school as her
mother always wanted her to be educated enough to be self-dependent. She never wanted any of
her daughter in a pile of gutter as she was in.

'Ahhh.... ayeeee... oooo.... ahhhhhhhh....' she screamed and sobbed the next time again while having
an intercourse with a stranger who came to the brothel for fun. As soon as the man was over, he
kicked Pari brutally while leaving which further let her groan on her state. She gathered her strength
and took her clothes to cover her body that was now sore. She went to the bathroom and put her head
under the tap to let wash off the sins of the brutal man. She remembers the time when she was just
10 yrs old when she decided to ran away from her house in a tempo that finally landed her in a brothel.
She was even unaware of the place for a time being when she made a friend who told her the
danger of the temptation that the head of brothel was providing to Pari. But when at an age of 18 she
first encountered the dark side of the love that appeared to be bestowed upon her... she went
dumbstruck. She hardly remembered her parents or place from where she came from.

'Pari, tell me the alphabets' asked her school teacher.
' A for apple, B for Ball, C for Cat.....' she answered it very confidently as she was good in learning.
Her mother was happy with the pace at which she was learning, even her teacher told
her mother she'll be something great one day. At home Pari used to teach even her mother
the Hindi alphabets and few words to read from the textbook. Her mother was proud of her but
then one day her father all drunk beat her up while trying to save her mother out of that devil
clutches. That day she felt her mother was suffering all just because her father work and earn
for the family. She decided to earn that day but she was just 10 yrs old oblivious of the world and
it's system around.

She slapped herself till she was exhausted for not remembering anything regarding her family. Finally,
when she was done she went up to the head and declared she can't bear that anymore & she just wanted
to get out of it sooner.
'Is it that easy Pari...???' interjected the head 'What about the money which estimate around 2-3 lacs
i spend on your buying + your daily expenses on your food, clothes and your make up...?????'
'I'll pay every single penny but i can't bear that pain anymore... please.....' said Pari , her hands folded
in a request.
'Get out of here and back to your room, i've one more client for you tonight... get ready'. On her
resistance she was dragged by few girls probably senior to her in that business and beaten up till
she lost her consciousness.

She don't know the ways and means to earn as wherever she went she was laughed out for being a child
and too being a girl who had delicate hands for work. So, she walked her way and cried hard before she
could figure out she was in a strange place. She looked around and was frightened by the bark of a
street dog that probably wanted no stranger in his area. To save her life she went in a tempo parked
by the roadside and slept.

'That night she was almost done with it... she decided to ran off', she had no other way out of that hell.
She took a match stick lighted it up and burn the clothes in her cupboard along with her own saree she
was wearing. Seeing the smoke everyone rushed to her room then she scared all to burn with the fire
on her saree so none barred her way and she just ran out in streets. Ran till she was sure she was not
being followed or out of that place and was no more near within kms of that place.

She woke up at midnight and screamed to find herself under the piles of hay when the driver came &
figured her out. He was drunk so knew nothing what was to be done to the girl so he sold her to a
brothel in Kolkata where he had to deliver the mangoes. He got a good price of around 2 lacs. But
Pari's fate was sealed. Meanwhile, her mother searched for her everywhere and ended up thinking she
died forever.

She reached a handpump to blew up the fire that had burned 30% her leg but she was happy to be out
of the hell. Her life took a U turn from that phase when she met a volunteer of an NGO that assisted
her further. Though she was in constant threat of the brothel members but this time her fate helped
her out and thus, she started her education, she went up for graduation she never ever thought she
would in her life and took more interest in psychology which she pursued for research purposes. She
understood clearly the circumstances prevailing when she went out with the mentality to work at an age
0f 10.

'And now let me present the talented Pari... give her a huge round of applaud' her name announced at
U.N list of best counselor around the world. She got up and walked confidently towards the stage.
'Good evening everyone, the journey from being in a slum to being here receiving an applaud from
around the world was not easy. My main motive is to help the children who divert from their ways due
to undue circumstances and to let every girl of INDIA to be educated enough to support herself in
every situation. I lost my mother but i found the real me and my motive that i would like to pursue till
my last breath. Thank You.' her speech was followed by a huge praise of her life and skills.

She remember the blue scarf that was epitome of her past she had murdered forever to move forward
in her life. Now she had a motive and a caring husband whom she met while attending her research
classes. She always wished no girl should suffer the pain she experienced in her 18. She understood the
meaning of 'Pari' i.e. an angel that brought happiness to the lives around her and she was clearly doing
that.......
